The process for recruiting a permanent Executive can take 6 or even 12 months depending on notice period. Therefore if this timescale causes increased risk to your organisation we have a portfolio senior and experienced Interim HSEQ Executives who can support you in the meantime.

Our Search Process

Due to our search process we have a 100% success rate across all assignments.

Our recruitment process, using cutting edge behavioural profiling, allows us to scientifically review the job and agree with you on the behavioural characteristics of the required candidate before we go to market.  We then compare this against the shortlisted candidates, and competency interview them to determine how closely they match the desired skills, experience AND behaviours.

This process allows us to significantly increase the retention and productivity of new senior level hires and allows us to offer a guarantee of up to one year free replacement. We currently enjoy in excess of 98% retention of candidates in post after 12 months.​

Exceptional talent is hard to find; we have researched and engaged with the senior HSEQ community for over 30 years, developing trust, understanding motivations and drivers of what our executive community are looking for individually. When a new project commences we can access the best matches quickly, but will also target new contacts who's experience and skills relate closely to the client brief.  The candidates receive a comprehensive assignment specification on the company, culture and ethos, background to the role, job and person specification, and clear benefits of the challenge and purpose of the opportunity.
