Holidays and Incentives

At Principal People, hard work is certainly recognised and rewarded. We regularly hold fun team events which enables us to build strong bonds as a team as well as providing the opportunity to celebrate our successes. Detailed on this page are some recent examples of our team events.

Christmas 2018 - Parties and Group Celebrations

This year the Christmas party was held in a luxurious mansion in Sunningdale. As per PP tradition, at the party the yearly awards ceremony took place.

Around Christmas time, individual teams usually arrange a team incentive day out to celebrate the year and the festive season.

Due to smashing their Q3 targets, the team were all invited to celebrate their victories on a companywide holiday to Marbella!

It was an action-packed, fun-filled experience and gave the team the chance to relax and enjoy a well earned break!

On the last day of the holiday, the team headed to Marbella Beach Club for a delicious 3-course meal and eccentric live entertainment.

Due to hitting their Q4 targets, the team are jetting off to Marbella again in 2019. Well done!

End of Quarters and Challenges

At the end of every quarter, the team participates in a fun activity such as inflatable aqua parks, go-karting, top golf, nights out, team meals etc.

The team also challenge themselves often, especially when raising money for charitable foundations. Pictured above you can see the team at the end of the Tough Mudder.

Team Celebrations - Dinners and Drinks

Almost every Friday the team gather to the pub to celebrate a great week.

Often they go out for meals and events too such as beer festivals, live concerts, football matches and other fun activities.

Lunch Clubs

Every month the team members who have hit their targets get rewarded with Lunch Club.

Lunch Club is an opulent occasion, usually held in five-star restaurants.

Hard work pays off!

Health and Wellbeing incentives

The team value mental and physical wellbeing significantly. Therefore, we often participate in sports such as fortnightly yoga, circuit training and biking competitions.

We recently took on a challenge to cycle 800 miles in 10 days in aid of Safety4Good. We did it in 7 and raised over £500.
