At Principal People we take pride in maintaining staff wellbeing and we see it as a priority as a responsible employer.
Whether this be ensuring plenty of water is consumed to upkeep hydration, enforcing a healthy diet or even an hourly exercise session at desk - it is at the heart of our motives to boost the physical and mental health of our team members.
This week, we are engaging in a Wellbeing Week - with an activity promoting wellbeing being the focus every day.
For this week there are no unhealthy snacks allowed in the office and we are not permitted to use the lifts in our office blocks under any circumstances. Stairs it is!
We have an exciting routine of events fixed in our diaries this week including circuit training, diet recipes and food preparation (and tasting!), yoga, massages and more.
