Principal People have set themselves the challenge to consecuatively cycle 10 miles per week as a team.
We aim to do this from now - right up until the end of the year.
We will be noting the measurable outcomes from the challenge, such as if it boosts performance and if team members feel generally fitter.
Evaluating wellbeing and setting fitness goals is useful to our team as we try to influence happier, fitter lifestyles as much as possible.
