I bought Principal People from the inspirational Frances Davies in 2010, and since then have been re-building the team after the challenges of the recession.

We are now developing a market leading recruitment consultancy still specialising in Health, Safety and Environment, whilst looking at new ways to engage candidates and provide clients with tangible differentiators such as video interviews with the long list of CV's, etc.

Due to expansion we have moved again to prestigious offices in Farnborough. We now have the right infrastructure to offer candidates and clients real quality and service with true sector focus in Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, H&S consultancy, Business Services etc.

We now have a team of over 30 and are expanding our team by a further 16 staff over the next 2 years, offering excellent career opportunities to train and develop further subject matter experts to candidates and clients.

We have also joined forces with the Juhler Group who have 40 offices throughout Europe and Asia and are rolling out our services throughout the group. My role as Chief Operating Officer is to work with each country manager to develop their region to its full potential.
