About the Role
- Surveying buildings to identify safety defects and develop remedial solutions
- Preparing Building Safety Case Reports and Resident Engagement Strategies, if required
- Managing Building Control applications to the Building Safety Regulator
- Acting as Principal Designer (HRB) for high-risk buildings
- Advising on fire safety, building regulations, and compliance
- Experience in Building Safety Consulting or a related field
- A background in Architecture (RIBA) or Building Surveying (RICS) (preferred but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- A client-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
