We’re privileged to partner once again with this ambitious housing association in the search for a highly motivated Compliance Manager to both build upon and oversee the statutory compliance across the business while driving best practise.
As the Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring that legal and statutory obligations related to property compliance and organisational health & safety are met.
- Managing contractor relationships and property compliance budgets.
- Overseeing key compliance areas like gas servicing, fire safety, water management, and asbestos.
- Showing leadership qualities, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Driving performance improvements and maintaining compliance records to a high standard.
- Proven expertise in property compliance, health & safety management, and KPI reporting.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and contractors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of delivering value-for-money services and managing budgets effectively.
