Environmental Officer

Principal People are currently working on behalf of a highly respected heritage organisations workign on some of the largest infrastructure projects across the UK who are looking for an Environmental Officer or Graduate to undertake a 10-month contract covering a prestigious project near to Sizewell.

This role is to undertake relevant environmental duties from environmental site inspections, new starter inductions, site visitor inductions, checking environmental permits, working with site and project teams regarding environmental aspects including noise, dust, water, mud and waste etc amongst other relevant responsibilities.

They are open to an Environmental Graduate or Environmental Officer from a construction/infrastructure background or associated environments and is to pay £30-35k. Below are the essential criteria for this contract;

Essential Criteria:

• An environmental focused degree
• Any operational environmental experience within construction/infrastructure or associated environments is desirable
• Be happy to work a 10 month FTC
• Be an engaging, strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
