Principal People – Technical Services are currently supporting a forward-thinking Housing Association in the search for a dedicated Estates Officer to oversee the maintenance and quality standards of their estates.

As an Estates Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identifying improvement opportunities to enhance living environments and proposing innovative solutions.
- Engaging positively with residents, addressing concerns, and fostering a strong sense of community.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance and compliance issues.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and management across all estates.
- Experience in estate or facilities management, ideally within housing or property sectors.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, including Fire Risk Assessments.
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage inspections, reporting, and resident engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
