Principal People are exclusively supporting a manufacturing company who are looking for a new member to join the business. The company are looking for a HSE Advisor and the position will consist of managing Health and Safety and Environmental matters for the sites who have been well established in the area for many years.

The role will be very operational and will involve a lot of ‘hands on’ HSE Advice throughout the site teams. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who are all incredibly engaged towards Health and Safety.

HSE Advisor – £45,000 - £50,000 – Manufacturing – Aldershot

The key duties include:
  • Offering appropriate advice and support to the site teams within Health and Safety and Environmental Matters
  •  Implementing practical and effective methods to promote awareness to Health and Safety
  • To carry out operational Health and Safety duties such as risk assessments, method statements and accident investigations on the sites
  • Managing the Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental for the whole location
  • Creating positive relationships with the site teams to help improve the HSE Culture across the region
  • Conducting site safety training and compiling safety data
