The role will be based at their site near Kidderminster, working in a hands-on safety position in a fast-paced and operational environment day to day.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety, and you will be a key member of the Health and Safety team and will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider team within the business who are incredibly supportive of one another.
You will also have the opportunity to further your development with support with training and qualifications that will benefit your professional development within your safety career.
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- NEBOSH General
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Health and Safety role previously
- Worked in an operational background previously (manufacturing preferred)
- Be able to communicate effectively and be proactive.
- Competent with Microsoft and using computers

- Directly reporting to the Head of Health and Safety who has a track record of developing his team
- Operational Health and Safety support across the site
- Working on improving the site HSE Culture
- Carrying out Audits, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Accident investigations
- Helping with environmental matters when they occur
- Motivate the current Health and Safety Team and lead by example
- Liaising weekly with Department Managers
