We are pleased to be working with an established and award-winning business to recruit a new Health and Safety Consultant to the team.
The role will be a combination of working at the company office in Loughborough and visiting clients nationwide roughly 3-4 days a week. You will be part of a cohesive and growing team, working closely with other consultants to provide an expert service to a varied client base.
The successful Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for:
- Visiting client sites across the UK to provide safety consultancy services
- Carrying out in person training to clients around safety and risk management
- Conducting audits on client sites and providing advice on safety performance and best practice
- Attending client meetings to help understand customer needs and advise on available services
- The company have a strong culture with positive relationships and a fun working environment
- You will get to work with a wide variety of clients across a range of industry sectors
- Every day is different – diverse customers with different risks and requirements
- They are a close knit team, you will be joining five other consultants and a long-standing wider support team
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification as a minimum
- Practical experience in Health and Safety with the ability and knowledge to provide sound advice
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle
