Interim Compliance Manager

We're working with a respected social housing provider in Kent looking for an Interim Compliance Manager to take the reins on key Health and Safety compliance contracts — covering fire, gas, electric, lifts, asbestos, water hygiene, and more.

Key Focus Areas:

• Lead performance of compliance contractors
• Ensure value for money and robust service delivery
• Support budget alignment, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Engage with residents and regulators to drive a high-compliance culture
• Oversee contract KPIs and ensure operational targets are smashed

You’ll Need:

• Proven compliance leadership experience in housing
• Strong contract and risk management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., compliance or H&S certs)

Kent-based | Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 1 day on-site, 2 days from home

3–6 month contract | Immediate start

Up to £585/day | Outside IR35
