Overview
Principal People are partnered with one of the UK’s leading Housing Associations, who are looking for a Regeneration Consultant to join them on a 6 month contract.This hybrid role will be covering regeneration projects within the Hampshire area and the successful candidate will be responsible for acting on behalf of the organisation in relation to the regeneration projects, working with local councils, liaison with associated stakeholders across the project portfolios, working with the housing team regarding tenant temporary relocation and accommodation, overall cost management of projects amongst other relevant duties..
They are looking for a strong verbal communicator and the role is to pay £350-400/day.
The successful Regeneration Consultant will:
- Any relevant regeneration / development / housing based qualification is desirable
- Hold regeneration project experience with the social housing sector
- Be available for an immediate start.
- Be open to a 6 month + contract
- Be an engaging, strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
