Principal People are delighted to be working in collaboration with a locally recognised and market leading Construction organisation covering multiple projects predominantly across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

This hybrid position will have opportunities to work from home, a local office based near Hull and also the 15 live sites the organisation have within their local portfolio.

What you will be doing:
  • Support, coach and mentor individuals both inside and outside of the HSEQ function.
  • Review risk assessments and method statements.
  • Conduct site audits and site inspections.
  • Conduct and assist with incident investigations when required.
  • Provide advice and support to all departments.
  • Assisting the Head of HSEQ with the creation and implementation of the H&S strategy.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful Regional Health and Safety Manager will have:
  • NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience across Construction or similar discipline.
In return the successful Regional Health and Safety Manager will receive:
  • A basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000
