Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a pivotal role as a Regional Safety, Health & Environmental Manager. In this dynamic position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all stakeholders involved in their construction projects. Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, you'll be instrumental in driving compliance and their own rigorous H&S standards, whilst being backed by a business that believes Safety is done YOUR way, with a real opportunity to make the role your own…

Regional SHE Manager - £80,000 – £95,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonus + 26 Days AL + Private Health Care & More!
Location: Home Based, covering sites across Midlands & South West.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting project teams throughout all phases of construction
  • You'll champion safety, health, and well-being, ensuring that every project reflects their commitment to excellence.
  • Building relationships on site
  • Collaboratively working with a wider SHE team to find innovative solutions
The successful Regional SHE Manager will hold:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations
  • Experience in delivering large-scale Construction Projects
  • Understanding of the Building Safety Act
  • Experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor
  • Willingness to Travel across the regions
  • Environmental Knowledge
  • Exposure to Modern Construction Techniques
  • Tower Crane Exposure
