Anti-Social Behaviour Officer – 33k rising to £35k + Flexible Working

Social Housing recruitment are working with one of the leading Housing associations in the South. They provide over 60,000 homes across Berkshire, Hampshire, Devon and Wiltshire and with residents at the heart of everything their focus is on providing affordable housing and creating safe communities.

They have an exciting opportunity for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, This role will work to support residents out in the community to tackle any forms anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood disruption and hate crimes.

As the successful Anti-Social Behaviour Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with residents to manage any Anti-social behaviour issues, neighbourhood disruptions and hate crimes within the community
  • Ensuring all residents follow tenancy agreements that are in place and any agreements made with key stakeholders
  • Being customer focused and providing a supportive and helpful service to residents
  • Being solutions focused and helping improve residents’ lives and the community

The Ideal Anti-Social Behaviour Officer will have:

  • 2 years’ experience manging Anti-Social behaviour, Ideally within a community facing role
  • Experience building relations within the community and with key stakeholders
  • Access to a Car and Driving licence

In return, the successful Anti-Social Behaviour Officer will be offered a starting salary of up to £33,000 rising to £35,000 plus a competitive package including flexible working & home working, impressive company pension scheme, a commitment to CPD and further qualifications, 25 Days leave rising to 30 with service + bank holidays on top.
