Environmental Coordinator - £30,000 to £35,000 – London – Law

An Environmental Coordinator is required to join a market leading law firm based in Central London. This position is to pay a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy an extra 5 days), interest free season ticket loan, contribution pension scheme, life assurance, gym membership, private medical insurance (personal and family) and child care vouchers (and many more!)

This position is an excellent opportunity for an Environmental professional looking to progress their career within a leading Law business, working in the company’s stunning London headquarters.

As the Environmental Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • General administration support for the company’s ISO Management Systems (mainly ISO 14001)
  • Maintaining and updating non-conformance logs
  • Provide support and preparation for internal and external audits
  • Maintain and update the company’s internal Environmental intranet, communicating news and events business-wide
  • Prepare and analyse environmental data, internally and in relation to external suppliers
  • Liaising with internal and external stake holders
  • Work closely with and step in for the Environmental Manager when there are absences
  • Liaising with on-site contractors
  • Attend meetings and provide project status updates

The ideal Environmental Coordinator will:

  • Hold a relevant Environmental Qualification (ideally degree level) (if you have held a similar role but don’t have a Environmental degree please apply)
  • Have knowledge / experience within ISO14001
  • Be an engaging and communicative individual able to communicate at all levels of the business, ideally with stakeholder engagement experience.
