Executive Assistant, Permanent

Ealing, West London with Hybrid working available

£35,000 plus benefits

Pathways Housing is an Almshouse charity working to help communities and individuals through the provision of housing and grant funding. Pathways are extremely proud of their long history in providing affordable accommodation, predominantly for older people, and assistance to local people and communities that dates back several centuries.

The charity also owns a small portfolio of commercial premises, leasehold properties and allotments in Ealing with an annual turnover of £2.3 million.

As one of the largest providers of Almshouse accommodation in London, owning over 260 properties across 17 sites in London and one site in Kent. Their aim is simple - to deliver excellent services to residents and to ensure the accommodation is safe, secure and well maintained.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role of Executive Assistant will support the senior leadership and trustees within Pathways to help the charity reach its core strategic objectives and will help to ensure the highest governance standards are upheld, alongside a high preforming customer focused service.

Pathways are at a very exciting point of modernisation and transformation through embedding new technology and I.T systems to improve the way its properties are managed; the service residents receive; and the efficiency of their compliance service.

This is a role where an individual can really play a positive, active role in the business, thinking creatively about solutions to operational challenges.

The successful Executive Assistant will:

  1. Possess good knowledge of Pathways IT systems and support the colleagues where appropriate.
  2. Support senior managers to accurately record performance data produced from Pathways IT applications and systems.
  3. Provide data and visual reports to senior management including quarterly performance reports.
  1. Collate customer feedback, complaints and communications for analysis and reporting purposes.
  2. Market the grants programme; process grant applications; and maintain records.
