Head of Facilities - South London - £55,000 + Package

We have an exceptional and exclusive opportunity for a leading and high performing Housing Association in the Social Housing sector. The organisation we are partnering with are one of the biggest Housing Associations within Social Housing and are paving the way for so many other high-level services being provided to customers in London. As the successful Head of Facilities, the role will involve:

  • Support all properties in ensuring routine maintenance is undertaken in a timely manner and within budget
  • Provide guidance and mentioning to property maintenance personnel to ensure that carry out their duties to the required standard and comply with all associated regulations and requirements
  • Identify needs, create budget, and undertake capital expenditure approval processes in order to deliver both planned and preventative maintenance
  • Support venues in developing and maintaining annual routine maintenance calendars
  • Manage the relationship with all third-party vendors in order to maintain compliance
  • Act as an internal subject matter expect on Facilities and undertake a business partner role to support property managing with compliance of all requirements linked to both company policy and statutory requirements

As the successful Group Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Have experience of a similar level, multi-site facilities / property related role 
  • Experience creating and implementing CAFM Systems
  • Ideally have worked in the following industry sectors: Residential, Student Accommodation, Care, Real Estate / Property Management, Hospitality or similar residential based industries
