Health and Safety Business Partner - Cwmbran - £31-34k + Package- Perm

Principal People are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Health & Safety Business Partner to join an impressive public sector organisation.

The successful Health & Safety Business Partner will report into the Health & Safety Manager and will be part of a hugely supported, well-resourced team that champions continual professional development. They are looking for a tenacious, collaborative facilitator with strong interpersonal skills to work for a hugely respected organisation that can offer long term career prospects.

As the successful Health & Safety Business Partner you will undertake the following:

  • Providing health and safety guidance and support throughout the organisation
  • Managing the day-to-day activities regarding health and safety
  • Conducting operational elements such a risk assessments and audits
  • Carrying out accident investigations
  • Being proactive in giving solutions to problems that they may face

To be considered for the role of Health & Safety Business Partner you will:

  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, minimum hold a NEBOSH General Certificate working towards Diploma level
  • Possess working experience within either the Public Sector, Multidisciplinary Organisations, Education or Health Sectors 
  • Have proven management experience within HSE
