Health and Safety Advisor and Trainer - £35k to £40k + 10% Car Allowance + Package – Home Based – Property Management

Principal People are pleased to be working exclusively with a leading Property Management organisation, looking to source an experienced Health and Safety Advisor and Trainer to work with them on a permanent basis. This is a home-based position covering sites across the South of England.

Taking responsibility for the operational development of the health and safety function and carrying out in house training, the successful candidate will take the lead across all health and safety queries and concerns within the organisation.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Carrying out health and safety training
  • Producing in house lesson plans
  • Ensuring compliance throughout the organisation
  • Providing health and safety advice
  • Carrying out audits

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent as a minimum
  • Hold a training qualification (essential)
  • Be a member of IOSH
  • Possess experience working within a property related industry
  • Be confident in delivering training
