Health & Safety Manager – Up To 55k + Company Car with Fuel Card + Pension Scheme + Company Share Scheme + 21 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays Based Near Peterborough
Principal People are seeking a Health and Safety Professional to be part of a multi-disciplined, diverse contractor that works in varying sectors across the Construction industry. This family run business are now seeking an autonomous Health & Safety Manager to maintain standards and develop on the existing foundations in relation to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. We are looking for a collaborative professional who can work both operationally and strategically to lead the way and continue to drive the business forward within Safety.
Key responsibilities of this Health and Safety Manager:
- Conducting site audits
- Building relationships
- Attending site and office meetings
- Producing and delivering toolbox talks
- Liaising regularly with site teams
- Involvement in SHEQ campaigns
- Support Training and Inductions
- Writing Policies and Procedures
The successful Health and Safety Manager will ideally hold:
- NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
- Strong experience within the Construction Industry
- Experience in Management
- Client Facing Experience
- Full UK Driver’s License
In return the successful Safety and Safety Manager will recieve £45k-55k + Company Car with Fuel Card + Company Share Scheme + Pension Scheme + 21 Days Annual Leave
