Principal People are currently looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join a leading logistics organisation. This role is responsible for operational Health and Safety duties on one of the businesses site locations near Corby. This is to pay a salary of £35-40k + 25 days AL + Pension.
This position is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading, well renowned organisation who pride themselves on their impeccable safety culture. Reporting directly into both the GM and business unit Head of Safety this role will be solely responsible operational responsibilities on this site whilst driving the continued positive health and safety culture, coaching and mentoring site teams.
The successful Candidate will:
- · Be NEBOSH General Certificate qualified minimum.
- · Have experience working within logistics / distribution / manufacturing.
- · Be responsible solely for H&S on a site.
- · Be an engaging and communicative individual able to liaise at all levels.
In return, the successful Health and Safety Manager will be offered a salary of up to £40k + 25 days AL + Pension.
