Health and Safety Manager - £280 to £300 per day (outside of IR35) – 7 month contract – Public Sector – Hitchin

Principal People are delighted to be recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to join a Public sector organisation on 7 month contract. This position will be based on site in the Hitchin area with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Covering for the Health and Safety Lead, the successful candidate will support the organisation .

As the Health and Safety Manager you will be:

• Helping to implement a new Health and Safety Management system
• Delivering Health and Safety training
• Monitoring the organisations Health and Safety reports
• Conducting site inspections and audits

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have the following experience as a minimum:

• Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent as minimum
• Experience working in a public sector or social housing
