We are exclusively retained for an incredibly exciting, newly created role for a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to join a highly reputable industrial equipment hire company.

This role will be predominately based in their Head Office in Northwich, and will give you the opportunity to travel to other sites in the area to maintain an operational approach to safety. The company supply unique products, and this role will play a huge part in the success of the health and safety for the business.

Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor – Northwich – Industrial Equipment Hire - £45,000 + Car

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, and you will be exposed to different risks
  • Visiting the sites wherever necessary, with full autonomy of your diary
  • Driving a positive HSE culture, through coaching, training, and support
  • Ensuring that the HSE management systems are in place, understood and maintained
  • Developing and maintaining all HSE policies, procedures and standards
  • Monitoring standards and procedures
  • Delivering HSE training and coaching
