Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor- £35k to £40k (pro rata) – 12-month fixed term contract- Glasgow – Property Management
Principal People are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join a reputable Property Management organisation based in Glasgow covering sites across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Supporting the Head of Health and Safety, the successful candidate will act as a competent person providing health and safety advice and guidance throughout the organisation.
As the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor you will be:
- Carrying out risk assessments and audits
- Conducting accident investigations
- Writing health and safety reports
- Promoting a good health and safety culture throughout the organisation
- Ensuring compliance throughout the sites
The successful Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will have the following qualifications/experience as a minimum:
- A NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- Be a member of IOSH
- Experience of working within a property management, office, or multifaceted environment
