HSEQ Manager – Stoke-on-Trent – £50,000 to £60,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Package - *Leading Facilities Management Provider*
Principal People are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for an incredibly exciting, newly created role for a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager to join an industry-leading facilities management organisation operating across the UK.
The successful HSEQ Manager will report into the Divisional Managing Director, managing a team of 4 direct reports and ensuring the safety of employees carrying out Hard FM services across their clients’ sites.
As the successful HSEQ Manager you will be:
- Leading HSEQ performance across the division, managing and monitoring performance
- Influencing the culture of the organisation and the workforce to drive positive changes
- Managing a team of 4 HSEQ professionals
- Assisting in accident investigations
- Supporting the company and clients with their management systems; ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001
The successful HSEQ Manager will have the following qualifications/memberships/experience:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety
- Graduate Member of IOSH (GradIOSH) or Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)
- 5 years’ experience in a management level HSEQ role
- Strong background in; engineering, M&E and / or Hard FM
- Experience of; ISO45001 / OHSAS18001, ISO9001, ISO14001
