Principal People are thrilled to have exclusively partnered with a highly reputable manufacturer with sites based in Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
This is a brand new role for the business and will be integral to the implementation of new standards and driving the HSE performance of the business forward. With support from their £multi-billion parent company, the organisation are determined to push towards a world-class standard of HSE within their business.
This role will report to the Head of Operations with another reporting line into a Senior HSE Manager within the parent company.

The successful HSE Manager will be responsible for:
- Creating and driving a positive SHE culture, through coaching, training, and support
- Ensuring that the SHE management systems are in place, understood and maintained
- Monitoring standards and procedures.
- Identifying SHE risks and develop effective risk reduction plans
- Delivering HSE training and coaching
The ideal will possess as a minimum:
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety
- Ideally the candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing organisation
- 3 + years of experience in a Health and Safety focussed role, within a manufacturing or Engineering environment, although not essential.
