The Role

Absolutely no experience is necessary, as this is an entry-level position and full training will be provided. Please note that while this role is working within our recruitment business, sales does not form any part of this position.

What does it mean to work in recruitment?

Recruitment put simply, is finding the right candidates for another business.  Our Recruitment Consultants spend their days building relationships with businesses, whilst our Resourcing Partners spend their time finding the right candidates for our clients and as a Recruitment Talent Pooler, you will be supporting our incredible team of Resourcing Partners. 

As a Recruitment Talent Pooler, you will start with administration and answering the telephones, before building in confidence and progressing. 

You will have responsibility for:

  • Contacting candidates who have applied for our live vacancies, to ask a few initial questions before progressing them to a Resourcing Partner internally
  • Answering the busy phoneline, transferring calls and taking messages
  • As you progress with the business; actively talent pooling to support the team – this means building lists of candidates who would be suitable for upcoming and existing vacancies across the areas we recruit within
  • Engagement with our customer base, finding out what role they are seeking and updating information on our central database

Salary and Package

  • £16,000 to £21,000 basic salary  
  • Support team bonus, paid quarterly 
  • 25 days AL + Bank Holidays and increase by 1 every year of service up to (32 days)
  • Phone Allowance £10 per month
  • Wellbeing Allowance £30 per month
