Regional Health, Safety and Environment Advisor – Swindon Covering the south west - £35,000 to £40,000  + Company Car + Package

A fascinating role has materialised with one of the country’s leading Transport organisation, who are looking to onboard a Regional Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to invigorate their safety team.

This role will be covering a number of sites across the South West of England, so if you live in and around Swindon this is advantageous.

Working with an organisation that boasts a multi-billion-pound turnover, the company are continuing to enjoy an ambitious rate of growth and have some exciting plans and contracts in the pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, as the successful Regional Health and Safety Advisor you will benefit from an autonomous and diverse role and will operate in the South West region covering a range of various sites.

The successful Regional Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will be:

  • Producing and presenting HSE reports to Senior HSE team
  • Attending and contributing to monthly HSE team meetings
  • Travelling across multiple client sites and liaising with onsite teams providing Health and Safety issues

The ideal individual will possess:

  • A NEBOSH General certificate
  • A people orientated and enabling approach to safety
  • Most importantly, a positive approach to safety with an ability to engage at all levels
  • Hold a driving licence

The role of Regional Health and Safety Advisor has an attractive remuneration package including; a basic salary of between £35-£40k dependent upon experience including a company car. A number of other benefits are available and can be discussed upon application.
