Senior Housing Officer – £40,850 – £48,375 + Support with CIH Qualifications – Woking

Social Housing Recruitment has partnered with a growing and passionate Surrey based housing association. They are a small housing association with just under 600 properties, and are currently in the process of expanding as a organisation to nearly over 1,000 units, with a combination of general needs and supported living schemes.

Their mission is to be one of the leading housing providers in the area and to put residents at the heart of everything they do. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Housing Officer to engage and support with providing a resident focused housing management service. The role will involve working with a variety of stake holders to help provide affordable and sustainable housing to all.

As the successful Senior Housing Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • Growing the Housing Management team.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all residents and stakeholders.
  • Working with residents in the community to sustain tenancies and manage any anti-social behaviour.
  • Building relationships with a variety of stake holders in the community.

The Ideal Senior Housing Officer will have:

  • Working knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
  • Two years’ experience in a housing management role.
  • HNC (in housing) or CIH qualification (or willing to study towards with employer support).

The role is offering a salary of £40,850 - £48,375 (inclusive of Car allowance), 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, staff days and Christmas closure on top!, flexible working and a company pension scheme, as well as a strong commitment to CPD and CIH qualifications.
