Principal People are currently recruiting for a Talent Coordinator; a newly created role for our growing business, joining one of our newest and most exciting sectors within a high growth market.
Absolutely no experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Our Recruitment Consultants spend their days building relationships with businesses, while our Resourcing Partners and Talent Coordinators spend their time finding the right candidates for our clients.
What is a Talent Coordinator?
Our Resourcing Partners are extremely busy every day, working through a volume of candidate applications for the live roles we advertise, in addition to sourcing candidates who are a potential match for our live roles, through our database.
One of our challenges is the time it takes to work through our database and volumes of applications to find the right candidates.
We are now looking for a superstar to help our resourcing team, in matching great potential candidates for the jobs we are working on at any given time.
The Talent Coordinator will work closely with our Resourcing Partners, working through the volumes (hundreds!) of candidates we source and using a set criteria to pass on any candidates you think may be right for the job.
This role offers a huge opportunity to progress in our business and develop into a Resourcing Partner role.
What will I be doing every day?
You will be working 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday in a dynamic office environment.
The successful Talent Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Working with a set brief to find candidates who look good on paper for our live jobs (full training will be given on what to look for)
- Working across a range of job boards, our database and CV applications, sorting through a volume of candidate CV’s, to identify potential matches for the roles we are working
- As you develop, calling candidates to discuss their work search, before passing them along to the resourcing team to interview
The successful candidate will earn a starting salary of between £14,000 - £16,000 dependent on experience, with an additional performance bonus of £3,600 and a wellbeing allowance of £360; creating a salary package of up to £19,960.
