Telecoms Quality Assurance Auditor / Assessor – Scotland / Glasgow – Up to £40,000 + Bonus (10-15%) + Company Car + Package *Exceptional Growth Company*
Are you currently working in the Telecoms industry, and know your way around infrastructure building and maintenance with good knowledge of fixed and / or mobile networks – and looking for an opportunity to move away from the operational day-to-day work and instead supervise and coach others?
Are you a Quality Auditor / Advisor / Engineer currently and have operated within the Telecoms industry and looking to progress your career within a £bn turnover business?

In a period of time that has seen some businesses cease trading, make redundancies and generally underperform due to COVID-19 – the business that we are representing couldn’t be further away from these situations. Instead, the company have operated and flourished throughout the economic challenges and continue to grow at blistering pace within a thriving market within the UK, with the security of a number of large and long-term contracts with clients.
In the last 6 months, we have helped the company grow their Quality team by 200% and this role is another addition to the team.
If anything, the company are having to grow to meet the new business requirements, and ensuring that the quality of the work that is being carried out is being maintained.
This is where you come in…..
Harnessing your knowledge and experience of working with telecom infrastructure builds, along with the high quality standards that you set – you will be ensuring that the teams that are delivering the network builds are doing so to the highest standard for the customer and making sure that operational members of staff know what good quality looks like. You will be a coach, a colleague and a supervisor – advising on best practice, which accreditations need to be met and then checking some of the work that has been carried out.
From time to time, customer specifications will change throughout the process of infrastructure builds. This means that change must be expected, and you will have to change direction from time to time. This is all normal, however, your job will be to communicate these changes and ensuring that the work that’s being carried out, is being carried out in accordance with the specification changes.
What you will need
- You will need a full UK driving license, as you will need to travel to different projects
- You will ideally have Telecoms / fibre / cable / Openreach working experience
- You will need to have quality checked work that is being carried out within telecoms infrastructure builds, with knowledge of appropriate accreditations
