CDM Coach - up to £51k + package

I am currently looking for a CDM Coach (up to £51k) to join an industry leading utilities organisation. The successful candidate will work on a multisite basis, managing their travel and diary autonomously. The organisation are committed to CDM with buy in from all levels within the organisation, especially the board.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leading company with an excellent portfolio of sites across the UK. Reporting into the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for visiting multiple sites in the Surrey, Sussex and Kent area advising and liaising with CDM Coordinators, Principle Designers and clients to drive the CDM culture forward. With clear opportunities to progress and develop with the company supporting CPD, this opportunity is not one to be missed!

The successful CDM Coach will:

  • Hold the NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
  • Hold the IMaPS or CMaPS membership (essential)
  • Have in-depth CDM experience (essential)
  • Hold a UK Driving License (essential)

In return the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing CDM training
  • Project filing audits
  • Site audits
  • Liaising with CDM Coordinators, Principle Designers and clients
  • Construction phase plans
  • Reviewing and writing risk assessments and method statements

In return the successful CDM Coach will receive a generous salary of up to £51,000, plus a great package. This includes a company car or car allowance, annual bonus scheme up to 6%, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a pension.
