Are you seeking a Customer Service Apprenticeship in a rewarding, fast paced environment?

We are currently seeking an outstanding Customer Service Apprentice (absolutely no experience required) who is looking for the opportunity to work in a predominantly telephone based role.

As a recruitment business, we receive a high volume of applications on a daily basis and the successful Customer Service Apprentice will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all applicants, ensuring that all unsuccessful applications are communicated with and those who have been successful are continually updated.

Established almost 30 years ago, our business has grown from strength to strength under the leadership of three passionate, hands on Directors who lead by example and reward hard work and commitment with incredible team incentives. The successful Customer Service Apprentice will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing messages to the right member of staff, providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Responding to unsuccessful applications in a tailored and professional manner, providing feedback where applicable
  • Providing initial engagement to all successful applications, organising to update them as their application progresses, in partnership with the consulting team
  • Highlighting exceptional candidates to the correct Consultant, updating the database as required
