Divisional Head of Safety - up to £65k + car allowance + package

I am currently looking for a Divisional Head of Safety to join a leading organisation in the rail industry. The successful candidate will work strategically, managing a team of Health and Safety Advisor’s ensuring major projects are being carried out safely. The organisation are committed to HSE with buy in from all levels within the organisation, especially the board.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leading company with an excellent portfolio of sites across the south of the UK. Reporting into the Head of HSEQ and Managing Director, you will be responsible for visiting several sites in London and the South-East region advising and liaising with your team to drive the health and safety culture forward. The successful Divisional Head of Safety will:

  • Hold the NEBOSH General certificate as a minimum
  • Have experience within rail, civils, engineering or major projects is essential
  • Hold the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is beneficial
  • Hold a PTS card is beneficial

In return the successful Divisional Head of Safety will receive a generous salary of up to £65,000 plus a great package. This includes a car allowance which equates to £7100 per annum, 10% discretionary bonus scheme, private pension, life insurance 4x the annual salary, cash healthcare plan, season ticket loan and 26 days of annual leave plus bank holiday.
