Environment and Quality Manager - £40k-£60k plus an extensive package based near Tottenham

Principal People are delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced environment and quality professional. Working for a Principal Contractor within the construction sector, this is the opportunity to work across multi-million-pound projects, ensuring environmental and quality compliance. 

This role will be based near Tottenham with sites predominantly covering London. With time spent both in the office and on site, this is a varied role within an organisation experiencing substantial growth. With 2 direct reports, you will be an integral part of the management team and will represent the client for agencies regarding environment and quality.

Key responsibilities of this Environment and Quality Manager include:

·       Developing environment and quality initiatives

·       Representing the company for all external bodies and regulators
·       Planning and conducting audits and site inspections 
·       Managing 2 environment and quality professionals 
·       Representing the company for all external bodies and regulators

·       Ensuring the standards of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 are maintained

The successful Environment and Quality Manager will hold:

·       NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar as a minimum

·       Full UK driving licence

·       Lead auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001 or OHSAS18001 as a minimum

Our client is open to seeing environmental and quality professionals with experience in the construction sector or similar, such as civil engineering or infrastructure.

In return the successful candidate will be entitled to up to £60k + Travel Expenses Paid + Healthcare + 20 Days Annual Leave (rising to 25) + Bank Holidays + Pension Scheme.
