Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager
Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager required to join a multidisaplined construction company based from Farnborough and covering a number of sites across surrounding counties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager to join a multidisciplined construction organisation who have an excellent reputation within their field. You will be responsible for manging a Health and Safety Advisor, monitoring safety performance and creating core new policies and procedures, attending project meetings as well as being involved in creating and developing strategic plans for the major project.
This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to work within a strategic and hands on based capacity. The successful applicant will be leading multiple projects working closely with sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- NEBOSH General or equivalent
- Experience working within Construction
- Experience in management within HSE
- Excellent communication and engagement skills at all levels of a business
In return, the position is paying between £45-55k, 5k car allowance, contrabutoary pension, healthcare, bonus scheme, 23 days annual leave + 3 at Christmas
