Group Health and Safety Manager – up to £58,000 – Midlands – Leisure / Entertainment
Principal People are pleased to be working with one of the UKs largest entertainment businesses to identify a new Group Health and Safety Manager to lead safety within an extremely diverse, exciting and fun environment.
You will work with the team to provide ideas, solutions and innovation in a business that is fast-paced and multi-faceted with regards to it’s operations.
From a safety perspective, you will be exposed to lots of different risk areas including but not limited to; retail safety, fire safety, food safety, event safety, production safety plus more!

Key responsibilities of this role:
- Becoming familiar with the risks associated with each business unit and working to improve the safety culture throughout
- Managing a team of Advisors to ensure that the safety team are aligned with the business objectives
- Liaise with sub-contractors, business unit leaders, senior stakeholders and external companies
The successful Health and Safety Manager will hold:
- NEBOSH Diploma / CMIOSH ideally
- Management experience

The successful applicant will receive a salary between £50,000 to £58,000 plus package depending on experience.
