Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager – Chemicals - £300p/d to £310p/d – 3-month contract – Near Chesterfield - ASAP

Are you a dedicated Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager looking for your next contract?

I am currently seeking a Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join a prestigious business based near Chesterfield.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager, the successful Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will play a key part in establishing health and safety procedures and practices on a single site basis.

This position is offered as a 3-month contract, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to continue on an extended basis.

The successful individual will benefit from an industry leading daily rate of £300p/d to £310p/d depending on qualifications and experience.

As the Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Imputing risk assessment data
  • Maintaining management systems
  • Dealing with day to day HSE queries

The successful Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will:

  • Hold the NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (Ideally NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
  • Possess experience working within a chemical, industrial or engineering environment
  • Have a full UK driving license
