Health and Safety Business Partner - £35,000 - £40,000 + £5,400

Principal People are thrilled to offer a genuinely unique opportunity for a Health and Safety Professional, seeking a fresh opportunity with a sought-after employer who are passionate about safety and have received numerous awards.

In a nutshell, the successful Health and Safety Business Partner will be responsible for a number of clients, ranging from retail services to corporate premises and data centres. You will be based from home and travel to client sites, focusing on risk prevention, ISO Management systems, safety coaching and ensuring that recommended Health and Safety policies and procedures are adopted at each site.

  • Home based role (travelling to and from site directly from home) with team meetings being held at the head office near Birmingham. The organisation takes a trust-based approach and although you will have support from senior safety professionals you can structure your diary as you see fit

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Basic salary of up to £40k, dependent on experience
  • £5,400 car allowance,
  • Performance related bonus of up to £4,000
  • 25 days AL + Bank Holidays
