In a nutshell, the successful Health and Safety Advisor will be based in Hitchin and will help achieve a pro-active health and safety culture on site, working with management to install a better culture and getting the workforce to take responsibility for their health and safety, really driving improvements and working to achieve standards of Health and Safety excellence.

Remuneration and Benefits:
- Basic salary of up to £37,000, dependent on experience
- Performance related bonus, 25 days AL + Bank Holidays

- Hold a NEBOSH General certificate ideally. However, exceptional candidates without this will be considered
- Have some understanding and experience of working with machinery
