This role is to be based near Swindon, being predominantly office based with occasional travel to UK remits. The role of Health and Safety Manager paying up to £40k + Car Allowance + Pension.
This role is ideal for someone looking to put your mark on the health and safety function and drive a positive culture throughout their site teams whilst working with a number of Blue Chip clients. They are searching for a driven, personable and communicative professional who possesses the ability to engage at any level of an organisation. As the sole person within the health and safety function, this opportunity will give you autonomy to drive initiatives and make a real difference within this growing business.
Key Skills and Qualifications the Health and Safety Manager is required to have:
- NEBOSH Certificate minimum
- Construction / Fit Out / Facilities Management experience
- Be an engaging and ambitious individual who is able to liaise and influence at all levels
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
