Health and Safety Manager – £40,000 to £50,000 – Dunstable – covering various sites

Principal People are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Retail organisations, due to the phenomenal organic growth of the organisation. The successful Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:

  • Conducting audits and risk assessments (including fire risk assessments) and investigating incidents where required
  • Assisting with creating and implementing new Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Implementing a positive Health and Safety culture

The ideal Health and Safety Manager will have experience in the Retail industry within Health and Safety. However, we are certainly open to Health and Safety Managers who are seeking their next career step.

Essential requirements include:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (ideally NEBOSH Diploma)
  • Had a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Health and Safety within retail, automotive or logistics
