Principal people are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join a continuously expanding groundworks organisation. This role will be based near Newbury with further site travel across the UK. The position is to pay a salary of £35-45K plus package, depending on experience.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety professional looking to take ownership of running health and safety within a rapidly expanding organisation. You will be responsible for driving a positive health and safety culture within a reputable organisation within their field whilst having the autonomy to run the health and safety within the business; undertaking operational duties as well as keeping accreditations up to date. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, exposure and credentials within a well-established business within a construction environment.
The ideal Health and Safety Manager will:
- · Hold a NEBOSH General or equivalent as a minimum
- · Ideally have experience of ISO / OHSAS management systems
- · Hold Industry experience within construction or groundworks
- · Be an engaging, proactive and communicative individual with the ability to liaise at all levels
In return, the salary on offer for the Health and Safety Manager is up to £45K plus package, depending on experience
