Principal People are delighted to be recruiting for an incredibly exciting, newly created role for a Health and Safety Trainer to join a highly reputable organisation. The successful Health and Safety Trainer will be part of a team reporting into the Training Manager with direct lines of communication to the board. This position is looking to pay £30K - £40k Plus 45p per mile, contributory pension and 26-day annual leave.
Taking responsibility for training CITB accredited courses, the successful candidate will take the lead in courses of up to 20 people. This significant but hugely positive challenge will be primarily based within the training centre in Bristol with 75% of the travel being within a 10-mile radius of the office.
The successful Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will hold:
- Be able to train CITB accredited courses
- Hold an accredited training qualification such as PTTLS
- Must have trained groups of 5-20 people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
