Job Description

Health, Safety, and Fire Manager – £40,000 + Car allowance of £4320 and 10% bonus worth up to £4000.

 

I am exclusively recruiting for a Health, Safety, and Fire Manager to join a large, property management organisation with aggressive growth and expansion plans.

The successful candidate will be based In the South of England covering Northampton and down, working on a multisite basis managing a team of risk assessors. The successful candidate will be home based, with the full autonomy to manage their own workload and diary with occasional travel into the head office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company with a diverse portfolio of properties and an extremely stable team. Reporting directly into the Head of Health and Safety, you will work closely with them to develop the Health and Safety management system. You will be responsible for managing the team, playing a crucial part in their development and ensuring the Health, Safety, and Fire assessments they deliver to its clients are of a high quality. The successful Health, Safety, and Fire Manager will possess:

•A NEBOSH Diploma (or a NEBOSH certificate currently studying for Diploma)

•A NEBOSH Fire or equivalent fire safety qualification.

•Experience of delivering Health, Safety, and Fire risk assessments across a multi-site property portfolio – any sector considered

•The ability to write and audit reports and assessments to a high standard

 

In return the successful candidate will be responsible for: 

•Assessing and reviewing the Health, Safety and Fire risk assessments conducted by the team

•Developing and managing an experienced team of Health, Safety and Fire Risk Assessors

•Delivering a high-quality service to their large and expanding client base

•Ensuring implementation of corrective actions across both Health and Safety and Fire Safety to maintain a safe working environment

 

In return the successful Health, Safety, and Fire Manager will receive a generous package of up to £41,700 inclusive of a car allowance, and a 10% bonus scheme the package also includes life insurance, pension scheme and other benefits.
