Health and Safety Advisor - Up to £37.5k + Exceptional Package
I am currently looking for a Health and Safety Advisor (£35k plus exceptional package) to join a market leading provider within the Social Housing industry. The successful candidate will work be based from a local office with travel over the regional portfolio, managing their travel and diary autonomously. The organisation are committed to health and afety to help them provide a market leading service with strong buy in at director level.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a quality focused organisation who push individuals to champion projects and have an innovative approach. As the successful Health and Safety Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with operational managers and supporting them with any issues that arise within the portfolio helping to drive health and safety standards.
The Successful Candidate will Possess:
- A NEBOSH General Certificate
- Lead Auditor in OHSAS 18001
- Full UK driving license
- Experience managing safety within a housing or property portfolio
In Return the successful Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the strategic plans are implemented and developed
- Developing relationships with Operational Managers and Property Managers
- Managing their own work load and diary
- Identifying areas of improvement and developing plans to improve these
In return the successful Health and Safety Advisor will receive a generous salary of £37,500 plus access to gain further qualifications including (level 6). Access to the NHS fleet service, mileage paid, 25 days annual leave (rising to 30), 10% pension, I.T and health cash back plan.
