Regional Safety, Health and Environment Manager - Construction/ Refurbishment and Property Maintenance - £48k- £52k + Car and Package
We are looking for a Regional Safety, Health and Environment Manager to join a leading Property Maintenance company predominately based in and around London and the surrounding areas, covering sites across the South of England.
This position is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a renowned organization who pride themselves on their impeccable safety culture. As a Regional Safety, Health and Environment Manager you will drive Health and Safety and have the opportunity to make your mark on the organisations safety culture whilst leading a team of safety advisors.
The successful Candidate will:
- Hold the NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate as a minimum
Have worked in a construction, refurbishment, fit out, M&E, property maintenance or new build sector.
Be willing to cover a regional role
- Have experience with managing a team in the past - this is beneficial but not essential.
The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of four HSE Advisors
Planning Accident and investigators
- Visiting projects regularly to provide support, guidance and advise on all H&S matters
In return, the successful Regional Safety, Health and Environment Manager will be offered a salary of up to £52k + car and package.
